kara\u201d<\/em>.<\/strong> Wydarzenie zosta\u0142o zorganizowane w ramach <strong>Dni Edukacji Prawnej<\/strong> i stanowi\u0142o dla uczni\u00f3w wyj\u0105tkow\u0105 okazj\u0119 do poznania w praktyce przebiegu procesu s\u0105dowego.<br>Podczas symulacji uczniowie wcielili si\u0119 w role uczestnik\u00f3w rozprawy \u2013 s\u0119dziego, prokuratora, obro\u0144cy, \u015bwiadk\u00f3w oraz oskar\u017conego. Przedstawiono kolejne etapy post\u0119powania s\u0105dowego, w tym przes\u0142uchania \u015bwiadk\u00f3w, prezentacj\u0119 materia\u0142u dowodowego oraz mowy ko\u0144cowe stron.
